Visit To Trinity Home

Hellooooo guys and girls.....
Finally I am getting back to you fellas after almost a week. I haven’t had much free time this week to actually go and update the blog. Now that I have, allow me to entertain you with the stories I have for you....It has been a busy week for me. Come to think of it, it has been a busy month for all of us here at the sac committee.. March is almost coming to an end.. (How time flies!!!) In March, we set up a Charity Booth at the cafeteria selling food and drinks to fellow friends, students and lecturers. All profits from the selling of the food went to the kids at Trinity Home… We collected a significant sum for the kids……….. Wait a minute!!!! It is already March!!!(well it was the middle of March at that time) and we haven’t visited the kids at the home… So, we got our bags packed and visited the kids… To be precise, our first visit to the home was on the 19th of March… So we reached there at around 8.15pm, just after the kids had their dinner… We were welcomed with big smiles… The kids were anxiously waiting for our arrival… So when we got there, we did what we were suppose to do, basically help them get their homework done and get them to study… But we did make sure this was not another boring tuition class for them .. We made studying exciting… Simply put, we all had fun… It was a learning experience for me, the members and the kids…….And I guess that was just about what we did there…Oh yeah, we also had another surprise for the kids…This being our first visit, we decided to make it an interesting one, one not to be forgotten…. The members planned to celebrate the birthdays of the kids who were born in the month of March… It was a fun filled day for the kids…… Honestly speaking, I was not very keen to go visit the kids on that Friday…I was tired and the only thing I felt like doing was taking a hot shower and going to sleep… However, I still pushed myself to go. And let me tell you this, I am happy I went…It was an experience not to be missed…..The kids kept me entertained all the time…Reminds me of the things I did when I was young…..(eg. Crying over a broken pencil or getting my book scribbled by a friend)…Hahaha……..

Well fellas , I guess that is all I have for u, for now. I also attached some pictures for you to see…… Hope you enjoy the pictures…

CHEERS…………………..
